- Easily add your clinicians to the platform. Invite them by email, or share your recruiter code with them when they sign up so you are linked.
- Facilities post roles with a specified 'recruiter bonus'. If you submit a candidate for those roles that is placed, you earn that recruiter bonus. It's as simple as that.
- You can manage the profiles of your clinicians, submit them to roles, respond to offers. You are essentially their "agent" is how we see it.
- You earn recruiter bonuses for all roles that a clinician takes that you brought to the platform. Unless they explicitly remove you as a recruiter (in which case you still earn bonuses for 12 months after the date you brought them here), or they add a new recruiter that they are working with.
- More visibility into roles. You can see how many recruiters are actively recruiting for a role. The number of applications. The status of those applications (submitted, reviewing, offered, etc.). No more wasting time and resources recruiting for roles that are close to filled.
- A smart search feature to help you browse jobs specific to each of your clinicians. We will match them with jobs that they are qualified for, and match their interests.
